What I'm Fighting For

Seven objectives grounded in real governance experience and the issues Ward 4 residents raise every day.

01

Responsible, Community-First Growth

Vaughan is growing fast — Ward 4 residents feel the pressure every day. I'll ensure new development is matched with the roads, parks, and infrastructure needed to support it, with meaningful resident consultation before major rezoning approvals.

02

Traffic, Transit & Infrastructure

Congestion and cut-through traffic are among the most common concerns in Concord and Thornhill. I'll push for targeted traffic-calming, better City-York Region coordination, and state-of-good-repair funding for local roads and sidewalks.

03

Fiscal Responsibility & Accountability

Every tax dollar must be spent wisely. I'll advocate for transparent public reporting on major capital projects, rigorous value-for-money reviews, and development-charge policies that protect existing residents.

04

Healthcare Access & Seniors' Services

Ward 4 has a growing seniors population that deserves accessible healthcare and strong community supports. I'll champion local health services, senior-friendly transit, and programs that help older residents age in place.

05

Libraries, Arts & Community Services

Strong libraries and community programs are the heart of a connected neighbourhood. I'll protect and expand library services, support local arts, and ensure community centres remain accessible and well-funded.

06

Public Safety & Community Wellbeing

Safety is the foundation of a thriving community. I'll work to strengthen community policing partnerships, invest in youth programs, and ensure our streets, parks, and public spaces are welcoming for every resident.

07

Open, Transparent & Accessible Government

Residents deserve a councillor who shows up, listens, and reports back. I'll hold regular town halls, publish clear updates on Ward 4 decisions, and make City Hall more accessible to every constituent.
